All five houses at Kolorowa Houses have reached the closed-shell stage. Roofs are on, windows are in and installers are already at work.
Schedule
- installations and interior plastering by spring,
- facades and landscaping in summer,
- acceptance and handover in autumn 2026.
Four houses are still available, including the corner house D1 with a south-facing garden.
